- OSC Code is python/pyinstaller built to only work with WINDOWS Operating System
- Must Run OSC Code at the same time you run VRC for connection to work
- Total Parameter Memory: 28 (REQUIRED AT LEAST + for some reason when avatar manager 3.0 says 60 required)
- Please know basic unity/avatar knowledge at least some
